4th Annual Art Auction - When art becomes an act of allyship

Fondation Émergence presents the 4th edition of its art auction, a solidarity event that brings together artists, collectors, and allies to support the rights and inclusion of LGBTQ+ individuals. Held in two complementary parts—a live auction on Sunday, February 22, and a virtual online auction—the event offers flexible ways to participate.

Mise à jour de l'auteur

Fondation Émergence’s art auction returns this February

At a time when LGBTQ+ rights are facing concerning setbacks, both here and around the world, every act of solidarity counts. It is in this spirit that Fondation Émergence presents the fourth edition of its art auction, a flagship event where artistic creation becomes a powerful tool for engagement and social change.

Through this auction, both established and emerging artists are choosing to put their talent to work for an essential cause: the recognition and defense of LGBTQ+ rights. The public is invited to discover unique works and take concrete action in support of a more inclusive society.

Honorary Chair

We are incredibly privileged to have Stéphane Paquet, President and CEO of Montréal International, as the honorary chair for this edition.

" For over a quarter of a century, Fondation Émergence has shown exemplary leadership for a cause close to my heart: defending the rights of LGBTQ+ people. While great progress has been made over the last few decades, the setbacks we are seeing elsewhere in the world—and even here at home—remind us just how essential awareness and education remain. Whether through training, conferences, campaigns, or other initiatives, the Foundation’s actions have a real and lasting impact on inclusion. Join me in supporting this driving force that contributes to a fairer world... for everyone! "

Each part features its own selection of works, which you can explore in this catalog. We invite you to browse both sections to see all the pieces and choose the format that works best for you to participate in this auction.
